Mental Health

One session at a time

Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, motivation, grief, stress or other mental health concerns? Counselling can help.

We’re a team of experienced counsellors providing therapy sessions to adult individuals online and in-person. Our goal is to help you feel understood and empowered in session while you work towards greater self-knowledge, self-acceptance and clarity to begin feeling better. You and your counsellor will explore your inner critic, build practical skills to stop the negative cycles that are keeping you stuck, and move towards curiosity and connection with your higher self to begin the process of becoming the person you want to be. Ready or not, you can do it!

Welcome.

What is Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is talk based therapy intended to help people improve and maintain their mental health and well-being. Psychotherapy occurs when the Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and client enter into a psychotherapeutic relationship where both work together to bring about positive change in the client’s thinking, feeling, behaviour and social functioning.
